All finance facilities arranged by Caversham Group are subject to the following:

General Conditions

  • Facilities are available to UK limited companies only

  • All lending is secured

  • Terms are short-term in nature (typically 1–6 months)

  • All transactions require a defined exit strategy


Fees

  • Arrangement fees are payable on completion

  • Legal and third-party costs are payable by the borrower

  • All fees are disclosed before legal work begins


Approval

All facilities are subject to:

  • Due diligence

  • Underwriting

  • Legal documentation

No facility is confirmed until formal written terms are issued and accepted.
